Lead Body and Paint Technician - Since 2001

Joe is a native of Fairfield who joined Finney’s with several years of hands-on experience. He built his extensive knowledge by working in the shadows of many seasoned experts in the field. Joe is a perfectionist who takes extreme pride in all aspects of his work from start to finish. Because of his great work ethic, Joe has an outstanding reputation for excellence and many customers from all around request him. Joe is I-Car certified, and has certifications in welding and PPG paint. He likes being outdoors, riding dirt bikes, UTVs, and hunting when he is not working.

Estimator, Parts, Shop Manager - Since 2019

Clint is from southeast Iowa and joined our team as an apprentice, learning from two of the best in the industry. Coming to Finney’s with a background in auto repair, Clint quickly advanced to become the lead estimator. His vast knowledge of automotive parts has proved invaluable in working with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. He also deals with the insurance adjusters to ensure a smooth repair process. Clint enjoys meeting new customers, making sure their needs are met, and building positive, long-lasting relationships. In his free time, he likes playing pool and spending time with his daughter.

Body and Paint Technician - Since 2022

Levi is from southeast Iowa and is knowledgeable in all aspects of collision repair. He studied in the welding program at Indian Hills Community College. After working for several years doing body work, specializing in custom builders, he came to Finney’s to share his impressive talent and expertise. Levi has over 18 years of experience and is certified in Arc - Mig/Tig Welding. Levi is enthusiastic, a self-starter and will go above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done correctly. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling, boating, and coaches his daughter’s softball team.

Body and Paint Technician – Since 2024

Jake is a local guy growing up in Fairfield and a valuable addition to the team. Jake earned an Auto Collision and Welding degree from Indian Hills in 2008 and has gained relevant experience working in collision repair. Jake is highly skilled and a very talented painter – it is his thing. Jake prides himself on his work. He is a very knowledgeable technician. Jake is I-Car certified; has certifications in Axalta Paint Chromax Pro, Sherwin Williams B8 Paint; and has welding certifications in GMAW, GMAW-S, and GCAW. When Jake is not working on his own trucks, he likes to be outdoors with his dog, Nala; hunting and fishing.

Detailer - Since 2023

Breydn is an important member at Finney’s. He is responsible for the detailing work done on all the vehicles which makes our customers so happy! He performs the vehicle diagnostics scans and helps the team with teardowns, headlight restoration, and anything mechanical. Breydn is from southeast Iowa and took welding courses in school. He lived on the East Coast working for a Mercedes/ Porsche dealership which sparked his interest in automotive work. After moving back to Iowa, he came to Finney’s to share his impressive skill and expertise. Breydn is always willing to lend a hand and help with whatever is needed. He is an animal lover, movie buff, and loves a good road trip.

Receptionist/ Office Assistant – Since 2022

Shannon joined the Finney team as our receptionist and office assistant and helps with a variety of tasks.  She and her husband moved to Fairfield from Des Moines in 2021. She has many years of customer service experience working with insurance companies and the public.  Shannon is definitely a people person! She enjoys meeting new people, making new friendships, and tries to help answer any questions you might have concerning your repairs.  She also loves talking about her dogs and grandkids!
